Citizens Advice and Rights Fife (CARF) exists to tackle inequality, discrimination and disadvantage in Fife through the provision of high quality information, advice and representation service that are: -independent, free, confidential, accessible and non-judgemental.
CARF provides a usercentred service that is delivered across Fife by telephone and face to face contact We are active in improving awareness of and access to social, legal and welfare rights through take-up campaigns and provision of specialist and representation services We also exist to influence, inform and promote change in local and national policy to enhance the social welfare of people in Fife.
CARF is a full member of Citizens Advice Scotland (CAS).
