Ordinary Membership Form

Membership to Rights Advice Scotland is available to advisers working in a Scottish Local Authority Welfare Rights Service. Ordinary members and Associate members are voting members of Rights Advice Scotland and are distinguished in name only.

  • Ordinary Member Someone who currently works in a Scottish Local Authority Welfare Rights Advice Service and has worked in the field of welfare rights advice for a period of not less than two years full time or four years on a part time basis.


  • Associate Member Someone who currently works in a Scottish Local Authority Welfare Rights Advice Service but has not had the requisite work experience to be an ordinary member.
The annual membership fee is 10.00.
Please note that membership will last until the date of the next AGM when membership will need to be renewed
